This is the highest level of all the Leadership training. It is a hands-on training course that consists of 400 credited hours and the training is led personally by our top leadership and management team. There will be a combination of personalized one-on-one training, as well as actual class training. They will be 4 to 5x better prepared than the Leadership student in a regular class.
