We here at Perfect Balance Martial Arts would like to extend to you, your family and friends the opportunity to celebrate your child’s birthday here at our facilities. At Perfect Balance Martial Arts, we believe in making your child’s birthday extra special and an event he/she will never forget. We do this by providing you award winning instructors, an impeccable facility and nearly twenty-five years experience in the best customer service.

This information packet contains the following:

• Birthday party information sheet
• Birthday party application
• Guest list form

As a courtesy to you, we do all the work. We will mail the party invitations, all you have to do is fill out the guest list form and bring it back to us no later than four weeks prior to the party. If you wish to hand out the invitations, the full name and address of each child is still required.

The following is included in the birthday party:

• Black belt instructors
• 1 ½ hrs of fun filled activities including karate and gymnastics
• Birthday cake and candles
• Food and drinks (Pizza)
• Paper goods (napkins, plates, forks etc.)
• Camera
• Tables and table cloths x2
• A free month of lessons for all of your guests
• Thank you cards
• Invitations
• And lots more
